HOW TO ORDER WITH MY SUBSCRIPTION ?
Once you have subscribed to Hello Jack, you don't need to place an order, your products will be automatically delivered to your home according to the frequency you chose when you signed up! You can track your subscription at any time by logging into your Hello Jack account in the "My Account" tab on our site.
HOW DO I SUSPEND, CHANGE OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You can suspend, modify or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Hello Jack account in the "My Account" tab on our site. Once logged in and in the "Account" tab, click on "Manage my subscription". It is on this page that you will be able to suspend, modify or cancel it!
WHEN IS MY SUBSCRIPTION BILLED?
Your subscription is billed on the day you subscribe to it and then according to the frequency you choose.
For example: if you signed up for our subscription on January 20th and you selected a 2-week frequency, you will be charged on January 20th, then February 3rd, then February 17th... that is to say every 2 weeks. Simple and efficient!
WHAT IS THE FREQUENCY OF MY SUBSCRIPTION?
The Hello Jack subscription offers 4 different delivery frequencies:
- every 2 weeks
- every 4 weeks
- every 6 weeks
- every 8 weeks

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION?
To modify your subscription information, you just have to connect to your Hello Jack account on our website in the "Account" tab. Once connected on this tab, select "Manage my subscription", it is here that you will be able to modify your delivery address for example!
